You See It Before It's Finished

The composition comes first — who's seated, who's standing, how everyone is arranged. You approve that before any paint goes on.

Then you see it again in progress, and again near the end. If someone's expression isn't right, say so. It usually takes a round or two on the faces. That's normal and it's included.

Nobody ships a painting of your mother that doesn't look like your mother.

Sizes and figures

Price depends on canvas size and the number of people in it, because both change how long it takes.

16×20 in — up to 3 figures, head and shoulders or half-length. Suits a hallway, a study, above a desk.
16×20 in, 5 figures — a fuller composition, layered arrangement.
24×36 in — 5 or more figures, three-quarter length. This is the size most families choose for a main room.
36×48 in — full-length figures, room to include a setting. A serious presence over a fireplace or on a stair wall.

Painted From Photographs

You don't sit for it. Nobody has time for that, and getting five people in one room for six hours is its own kind of miracle.

 

Instead you send photographs. They don't have to be from the same day, the same year, or the same country — we've painted families where the grandmother came from a 1970s print and the grandchildren from last month's phone. The painting brings everyone into one room who was never in one room.

 

Send whatever you have. Clear faces matter more than good composition. We'll tell you what else would help.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we offer worldwide shipping. Production time is typically 7–10 business days, plus shipping time depending on your location.

Can I send you my own coat of arms?

Absolutely. We will cross-reference it with heraldic records. If you want the exact design you provide, we can reproduce it faithfully.

I don’t know much about my family history. Can I still buy?

Yes — you don’t need to know your full history. Our team will research and prepare everything for you, using heraldic sources and registries.

What size are the framed coats of arms?

Our standard framed design is 16 x 20 inches — a striking display piece for home or office.

Do you offer discounts for packages?

We don’t discount multiple orders, but we often include special gifts with package purchases as a thank you.

Are coats of arms the same as family crests?

Not exactly. The crest is just one element (the symbol above the helmet), while the coat of arms refers to the full design — shield, crest, supporters, and motto.

Are your coats of arms legally recognized?

Our designs are based on historical heraldic sources and registries, but official legal recognition depends on country and heraldic authority (for example, the College of Arms in England or the Chief Herald of Ireland).

Do you customize the design?

Yes. If you want to add your family motto, change colors, or create a modern interpretation, we can personalize the artwork while preserving heraldic accuracy.
